It also examines the application of text mining techniques to identify issues in the learning process. The analysis, based on real data from students’ participation in project management tools, reveals a strong positive correlation between forum use frequency and project success. However, the limited vocabulary used by students complicates the classification of messages, despite the potential of text mining.},
