However, ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability are also crucial for project success, as they ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and local values. This paper analyzes how ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability are addressed in two widely-used project management standards: the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBoK) and the Individual Competence Baseline for Project, Program & Portfolio Management (ICB). An analytical framework is designed for a desk research of these standards.},
